Online Services: Change Billing Address: This option will allow customers to change the address where they currently receive their gas bill.  This is not a Transfer of Service.  In order to have your billing address changed, click on the link "Change Billing Address", provide the information required and submit the form.  All fields with an asterisk (*) require information to be provided. Transfer Service: This option will allow those who move and will be remaining Austell Gas customers to transfer service to the new residence.  In order to have service transferred, click on the link "Transfer Service", provide the information required and submit the form.  All fields with an asterisk (*) require information to be provided. Disconnect Service: This option will allow customers that will no longer use Austell Gas as their provider to discontinue service.   In order to have service disconnected, click on the link "Disconnect Service", provide the information required and submit the form.  All fields with an asterisk (*) require information to be provided
