Transfer Service

The following information will be needed in order to process your request.  Enter the address found on your gas bill as the Current Address, City, State and Zip Code.  Provide the New Address, City, State and Zip Code of the residence that service is being transferred to. 

Requests received before 4:00 pm will be processed the following business day.  Requests received after 4:00 pm will be processed on the second business day.  There will be no processing delays for requests received two (2) business days before the request date to transfer service.

If pilot lights need to be lit, indicate below the date and time (8:00am-12:00 or 12:00-4:00pm) when someone will be present at the home when service technician arrives.  Requests received before 4:00 pm will be processed the next business day and requests received after 4:00 pm will be processed the second business day.  Please take into account the date that your request will be processed when indicating a time when someone will be present at the home.
