The following information will be needed in order to process your request. Enter the address found on your gas bill as the Current Address, City, State and Zip Code. Provide the New Address, City, State and Zip Code of the residence that service is being transferred to. Indicate on the form below if this change will be permanent.

Requests received before 4:00 pm will be processed the following business day. Requests received after 4:00 pm will be processed on the second business day. There will be no processing delays for requests received two (2) business days before the request date to change billing address
